AlN / Aluminium Nitride Powder

Aluminium nitride powder, TA-1 (1.0μm) and TA-F01 (1.5μm) are characterized by high purity and narrow particle size distribution. The thermal conductivity of AlN is close to that of BeO, ten times that of Al2O3, and reaches 220 W / m · k. Therefore, in recent years, it has become the preferred material of a ceramic substrate having high thermal conductivity.
